Gabriella Deakin is a Pittsburgh native and began her dance training at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School .  She completed the PBTS graduate program in 2006.  In 2009 she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Point Park University with a BA in dance where she studied under Susan Stowe, Jason McDole, Kiesha Lalama-White and Perlann Porter.  While at Point Park she performed in Agnes De Mille’s “Rodeo” and Balanchine’s “Raymonda.”  Gabriella has attended summer intensives at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Ballet Met, North Carolina Dance Theatre and Moving People Dance in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  She was a dancer in Twentieth Century Fox’s film “Love and Other Drugs,” choreographed by Daniel Ezralow and a guest artist with Pillow Project Dance Company.  She is also a certified Pilates instructor.
