Sydney Gibbs is a recent graduate of Lindenwood University St. Charles with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with an emphasis in Contemporary. She started training at the age of four with Kimberley Gavin Anderson and has been dancing since with teachers Janet Strzelec, Tricia Zweier, Betsy Brandt, Lindsay Hawkins and more. At Lindenwood, Sydney has been given performance opportunities through University Dance Department Concerts, Detroit Dance City Festival, and American College Dance Association. Some of her current accolades are presenting her works at MADCO2 Dare to Dance Festival (2019), SEEN Stl (2020, 2021) and American College Dance Association. She has also had the pleasure of taking classes from teachers like Nick and Zach Betty-Neagle, Kate Harpootlian, Francesca Barron, Brandon Hudson and others. Her latest stage appearance included performing in “Deadman’s Party” at Six Flags St. Louis.
