Todd Rhoades, BFA Dance Point Park University, MFA Dance Candidate University of Iowa.  As a Choreographer, he has created work for Inaside Chicago Dance, Nomi Dance, Project Bound Dance, Hyde Park School, Ballet Austin Academy, Pittsburgh Pops, Finger Lakes Opera/New York State Ballet, New Orleans Opera/New Orleans Ballet, Des Moines Metro Opera, Chicago Folks Operetta, The Savoyaires, The Paramount Theater, Light Opera Works, Little Theater on the Square, Arlington Heights Presbyterian Church – Spring Concert, and serving as Assistant Stage/Movement director for Chicago Opera Theater.

His dancing career was with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin, The Seldoms, Luna Negra Dance Theater, Danzsloop Chicago, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Opera Theater, The MUNY of St. Louis, The Goodman Theater, Paramount Theater, Drury Lane Oakbrook, Light Opera Works, Marriott Theater.

Todd has been on faculty at Ballet Austin Academy (Summer Intensive/Academic Year), Inaside Jazz Dance (Summer Intensive), The Theater School at DePaul University, The Dance Department of University of Iowa and a Guest Teacher for Inaside Jazz Dance Company, Thodos Dance Chicago Company,  and Chicago Ballet Arts.  He has taught yoga, Pilates and movement-based techniques across the country in spas, private studios, wellness centers, rehab centers, hospitals and fitness centers.  Todd was also the private Pilates and yoga instructor, assisting in rehabilitation, for Cirque du Soleil’s cast of Luzia.  In 2018, he became part of Chicago Director’s Lab, an offshoot of The Lincoln Center Director’s Lab.
